Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate snowplow trucks, loaders, skid steers, and/or bulk salting equipment.
• Clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots, driveways, service drives, and main access routes.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials efficiently according to job site specifications.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections on trucks, plows, and spreaders.
• Respond promptly and reliably to changing weather conditions at any hour.
• Communicate progress, weather updates, and site challenges with management.
• Work independently or alongside sidewalk crews to complete assignments safely and thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Valid Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial snow plowing and salting equipment experience.
