Knowledge of all types of landscaping equipment
Must have a clean, valid driver’s license
Knowledge of turf & plants
Mowing and maintaining residential and commercial properties
Manage the maintenance crew (foreman)
CDL license and a chauffeurs license is a plus
Pass a drug test

Required to

Deal with commercial clients on a weekly basis
Have a positive attitude to be able to maintain a good relationship with customers
Have a good working attitude with other employees
Be able to solve problems in a timely manner
